Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be accepted with a 15–20% value adjustment, depending on the condition of the jewelry and the applicable exchange period.
  • Items must remain in original condition and be accompanied by the original warranty card and packaging.

Returns

  • Returns may be accepted with a 25–35% deduction from the original purchase value.
  • Jewelry must be returned in its original condition, without visible wear, damage, or alteration.

Final-sale pieces

For exclusivity and personalization, engraved and custom-designed pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
